Ludivine “Ludi” Perrin-Stsepaniuk, President & Creative Director

Born in France, Ludivine has a very storied synchronized swimming career. The European trained athlete began synchronized swimming at age 6. Her love for the aquatic sport magnified when she attended “Sirella” the first French water show starring Muriel Hermine, a French Olympic medalist and pioneer of French aquatic entertainment.  Starting in a small club in the south of France, she was rapidly recruited to swim for one of the top clubs in Aix-en-Provence. Following numerous national titles, Ludivine moved to Paris to swim with the senior national team at INSEP where she competed for 2 years and earned national titles.  

Ludivine moved to Belgium in 2004 where she joined the creation team of Le Reve, an aquatic themed show created by Franco Dragone and choreographed by Guiliano Peparini. In 2005, she was part of the opening cast in Las Vegas and performed nightly with the show for 10 years, totaling over 5,000 performances. Ludivine’s talents earned her the position of synchro team captain.  

In 2016, her exceptional skills led Ludivine to be named the Head Coach of the Southern Nevada Desert Mermaids, competitive synchronized swim team and Training Coach for the USA Synchro national team. A highly sought-after performer, choreographer, and coach, Ludivine has been featured in numerous TV, film and music videos, as well as in print. And, students travel from across the globe to participate in her specialized training sessions and camps. In January 2018, she was named USA Synchro 12+ Under National Team Head Coach and won the high score award at UANA Panam championships.

In 2016, she founded Ovia Entertainment to service the growing demand for aquatic themed events, specialty acts, and training.  

In March 2018, Ludi received two distinguished honors. She was named USA Synchro West Zone "Coach of the Year" and named to the Vegas, Inc.40 Under 40 top business professionals in Las Vegas. She also became a SAG-AFTRA stunt performer and will appear in motion pictures in 2020.
