Acro synchro camps offers specific training for synchronized swimmers. We work with team, duets or flyers on land and in the water. Our goal is to teach synchronized swimmers acrobatics, advanced lift techniques, develop the best lift for your choreography and expand synchronized swimming skills and techniques working on the new "level tests" and choreography.
